How long until it arrives?
Each bag is made to order: embroidery takes a few days, then shipping. Plan on roughly two to three weeks from order to doorstep - the checkout shows the current estimate.
Can I return it?
Because it is stitched with your child's name, we cannot take change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged or the stitching does not match what you typed, email us a photo within 7 days and we refund in full or remake it - your choice.
What age is it for?
Toddlers and preschoolers. It is a small backpack by design - a five-year-old will still wear it, a seven-year-old will want the next size up.
