Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of gladporch.com and any order you place with GladPorch. Ordering from the store means you accept them. They are written in plain language on purpose.

Products and pricing

We work to keep product descriptions, photos, and specs accurate, and we only claim what supplier documentation and our own checks support. Colors can render differently on different screens.

Prices are shown in US dollars. If a listing carries an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than ship at the wrong price.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm shipment. We may decline or cancel orders we cannot fulfill or that look fraudulent; anything already paid on a cancelled order is refunded in full.

Payments are handled by Whop, our checkout provider. We never see or store your card number.

Shipping

Delivery estimates are shown on each product page and at checkout. They are honest estimates, not guarantees; carriers and customs occasionally have other plans. You get tracking by email when your order ships. If an order is clearly lost in transit, we refund or reship it.

Returns and refunds

The full policy lives at gladporch.com/returns/. Summary: 30 days from delivery, full refund, and if something arrives damaged or not as described, that is on us.

Acceptable use

Do not use the store for anything unlawful, do not attempt to breach or overload it, and do not scrape it wholesale. Reviews and photos shown on product pages stay with their authors; the rest of the site content belongs to GladPorch.

Our liability

If we get something wrong, our responsibility is capped at what you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law gives you and cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new effective date, and orders are governed by the version in force when you placed them. Effective date of this version: July 12, 2026.
