Privacy Policy

This page explains what GladPorch (gladporch.com) collects, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what an order needs and not much else, and we do not sell your data.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, email, shipping address, and phone number if you choose to give one for delivery updates. Payments are processed by Whop, our checkout provider, on their secure checkout; card numbers never touch our servers.

When you email support: your email address and whatever you include in the message.

When you browse: standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) that we keep briefly for security and debugging.

What we use it for

Fulfilling and shipping your order, sending order and tracking updates, answering your emails, and keeping the store running and secure. That is the list.

Analytics and advertising

We use analytics to understand how the store is used, including Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors interact with pages (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) and builds session replays and heatmaps from it. Clarity masks sensitive content and we never see card numbers or passwords through it; Microsoft's own privacy statement covers their side. When we advertise, we use advertising pixels (such as Meta's) to measure our own campaigns. These tools use cookies; you can block cookies in your browser and the store still works.

Who we share data with

Our suppliers and shipping carriers get your name and address, because that is how your order reaches you. Whop processes your payment. That is it. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support emails are kept while the conversation is useful. Server logs rotate out automatically.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and it is handled within 30 days, free. Depending on where you live (including US state privacy laws), these rights are also yours by statute; we honor them regardless.

Children

The store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes
